So I found this post here but it doesn't show where this menu is:

We have someone with the same issue, they log in with their windows account and see everything in the admin console but only certain things in the web admin. I go to their account in the upper right and I see nothing that directs us to security or groups or anything. Where are all other components of the administration console located?

Chris,

To clarify, this is moved into the web client (aka Web Access). Log in there and then you'll find the "Management" option when you click on the arrow next to the logged in user name in the upper right corner of the window.

To confirm, are you using the 10.2 or higher version of the web client? If so, then after logging in, click on the arrow next to the logged in user name displayed in the upper right corner of the window and you should see an option for "Management."

They are on 10.3. This was happening in 10.2 as well. Here is what the upper right shows:

There is no management we can see inside the two menus on the right or any arrow.

Oh, ok. We found it in WebAccess. So to administer volumes they go to one client and to administer users and other things they go to a different one? That's fine I suppose, just trying to piece everything together.
