Can someone explain to me why I can search an entire repository from the quick search field but not from the Common or Text ones?

Hi Allan, 

You can most certainly search the entire repository from the quick or text search blocks. Can you provide more information on what you are trying to do and encountering?

I'm so sorry Justin - figured out the problem. I'd been leaving the search location feature open but not filled in. I didn't realise it would malfunction that way. Thanks for the speedy response, but false alarm, happily.
