Activation service doesn't appear to be working, nor can we access and customer product information or open a support case.

We are having issues with the activation and licensing services. At the time of this posting, activation keys and product lists will display correctly for customers, as well as customer lists when trying to open cases. However, activations themselves are still unavailable, with a timeout error. We are still working on getting this resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience, and I will update again as soon as we can confirm a fix.
UPDATE: Licensing and activation services should be available again, as of approximately 2:45pm Pacific time.
