My client has their forms setup internally, and with a dmz instance as well. We have it configured according to the white page about setting up forms 10.2.1 in a DMZ. Despite this, when a user goes to the form on the public website it just shows a blank page.
I was not able to find anyone else having this issue previously on the support site, so was wondering if anyone had an idea why this occurred.
They are on forms 10.2.1, and they just recently setup their DMZ instance. I have uploaded a screenshot of what they are seeing when accessing the form externally.
