Secondary Form Server in the DMZ

Good day,

We have installed a secondary Form Server which is hosted in the DMZ. After installation, we can access the Config Page where we follow the instructions listed on the white paper - Hosting Laserfiche Forms 10 In A Perimeter Network (DMZ)

After editing the Web Config file, as per the white paper and stopping the services, we are unable to access the Config Page. We receive the message - The requested service (ILicensingService) may not be running. [LFF3004-UnableToOpenServiceProxy]

We can access the Forms Page as usual though.

Any suggestions?

Hi Ian,

To access the FormsConfig page, it requires the Forms Routing service to be running. For the DMZ Forms server configuration, the last step is to disable the Forms services after you've performed the configuration. That is why you can't go back to the FormsConfig page at this point. If you need to go back to FormsConfig on the DMZ, then restart the Forms Routing service.
