Currently, the same Import Agent instance cannot be used to store to an on-premises Laserfiche Server and a cloud Laserfiche Server. This is due to how the product is licensed. The actual Import Agent 10 software used for on-premises systems and Laserfiche Cloud is the same. The customer can run two instances of Import Agent on two servers, one for each. If that is not an option, then I would suggest contacting your Laserfiche CSM to discuss other alternatives.

Hi Jennifer,

Can you clarify the specific information you're needing? Do you already have the MFP configured to scan to a folder in Windows? Are you needing assistance with installing and activating Import Agent 10? Note that to use Import Agent 10 with Laserfiche Cloud, a special license file needs to be used when installing/activating Import Agent. That can be provided to you if you open a support case or email the Cloud Support team.

I have a customer that has the Cloud version for one division of their company and the Laserfiche Server version for the other section of their company. The two divisions have separate networks. Can Import Agent for the Server install of Laserfiche be utilized also for the Cloud version of Laserfiche? They need to scan from the Server install network and import into the Cloud.  Can this be done on the same installation of Import Agent utilized by the Server install?
