Web Access - What is presentation mode?

This is an option a user is trying to use that shows up when you import a PDF on the import window. But when you click it, it just opens your PDF full screen, then closes. What is it meant to do? I have never heard of it before.

Hi Chad,

When you view a PDF in native format in the web client document viewer, it actually opens in a PDF viewer frame with its own functionality and options. It looks like 'presentation mode' allows you to fullscreen the viewed PDF within the PDF viewer frame.
