ODBC ERROR [HY001] in Workflow

Hello,

 

I am trying to connect a via an ODBC data source in workflow that had previously worked. Nothing has changed to our knowledge but we are getting the following error when trying to test the connection.

 

Has anyone experienced this before?

I've seen that error before. It happened when another program or ODBC session had the text file open when Laserfiche tried to access the CSV. It was a process that originally worked, but as the customer got more business the workflow server and the accounting program that populated the CSV started 'butting heads' more and more frequently. 

The only fix was to rework things so they worked from a SQL table instead of a CSV.

It's not a Laserfiche error, so it's hard to say, but usually "resource exceeded" is the machine running out of memory or temp disk space. Are you trying to access a large file?

It's only trying to access a .csv file that is not that large.

The system CPU is spiking high to about 85-95% usage. This server hosts Workflow and the Laserfiche Server and we are only seeing Workflow services as main CPU usage. The memory usage is fine (about 35% usage)
