Quick Fields Error when launching.

Hi everyone.

I hope it is going good with you all.

My colleague and I have an error Quick Field makes every time we attempt a launch.

I attached documentation. You will see a text doc and an image with the error displaying clearly.

We have dug down deep, and do not know what is causing this error.

It is happening on our Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard.

Does anyone know of, heard of or encountered this error in their environment?

Have you tried re-installing Quick Fields?

More than 4 or 5 times.

The error is incredibly persistent.

My technical director even made some changes in the JIT.

Zero luck on this since I started getting the error.

Hmmmm, I would raise a case with Laserfiche as your next step. It might be a good test to try installing QF on a different PC, to rule out an OS issue.

I think my next step would probably involve contacting Laserfiche directly.

I have installed this version of Quick Fields locally and it worked, but crashed after a couple of clicks. - Same error.

I will leave this question unanswered for today though, maybe I get lucky and someone can resolve this!

The error indicates that one of the libraries it's trying to load is not a 32-bit library. So I would guess something else overwrote a shared file with a 64-bit version or something like that. Please attach the entire contents of the error when you open the support case.
