Possible to kick off a workflow when the user requests signature via DocuSign?

After the user selects a document and requests a signature via DocuSign, we want to automatically move that document to a "Pending signatures" folder. Is this possible?

I haven't used this integration. Does it add or change any fields when the document is sent to DocuSign? Does it change the name or anything else? If so, it can trigger a workflow.

The DocuSign integration does not send any events to Workflow currently.
