Could Not Connect To The Laserfiche Server

I am trying to create a profile in Connector. When I get to the Laserfiche Repository step, it sees the Laserfiche Server and populates it in the drop down, but under Repository Name it says "Could not connect to the Laserfiche Server.". Any ideas what would cause that?

I can log into the repository with the Laserfiche Client on the same machine without any problem.

I have tried using Connection 10.2.1.426 and 10.3.0.248.

The fix for this was adding the port number of the Laserfiche Server Listening port to the end of the server name.

In the Laserfiche Administration Console expand the server node and then select Server Settings. It will show you the listening port for your server.

The listening port is 80. I suspect my sophos firewall is blocking this. When I connect to another internet, it is connecting. I need help

You should open a support ticket through your Solution Provider.
