Re - Laserfiche Product Activation Key

Hello,

I'm installing Laserfiche Rio 10.2.1 and stuck on Lasefiche Server 10.2 Setup screen where asked the activation key.

Questions:

Where can I get the activation key?

I have access to Lasefiche Admin and Directory servers.  However, I'm not hundred percent sure to get the activation key.

 

Please help and advice.

you can get your activation key from the support site: support.laserfiche.com, click "Manage Account" on the right, and select "Activation Keys"

I went to Activation Keys and I did not see any products listed.

And, I checked my roles and already granted to allow License Download Access.

 

I'm not sure and will check with support partners' company.

You're a Rio customer, you would get a single activation key for the master license. Then you use Laserfiche Directory Service to hold the master license and generate individual product licenses. See the Rio deployment guide for more details.

I'm not hundred percent sure....   we already have Laserfiche Server "Test1".

Now, I'm trying to setup the second Laserfiche Server "Test2".

Questions:

-- Can the Master license generate two license keys?

Yes, a master license can generate multiple Laserfiche Server licenses. You will, however, have to find your installation of Directory Server to get a license from it.

I'm not so sure.

I did have access to Directory/Admin server?

How do I find out Directory Server get the license from?
