I need to be able to provide the Transaction ID in either a Forms Report or in WorkFlow but there doesn't seem to be any way to accomplish this. Finance needs a daily report that provides information on which transaction is associated with which department. Sending an email for every single transaction will not work for what we need. Has anyone come up with a solution for this? Is there a chance this will be available in future versions? I know I can store the information within LaserFiche but I need a way to generate a report daily.

I can think of a few ways this might be accomplished.
In Forms, store the transaction id in a field. Do the same for other data that can't be captured by Workflow or isn't listed as a column for display in Forms Reports.
Then use either Workflow or Forms reporting:
In Laserfiche, run a Workflow at the end of every day to find the documents that were submitted that day and either: 1) write the data to a Word doc or PDF form, 2) simply send the information in an email, or 3) write the data to an external csv file.
Or in Forms, create a report that shows the columns for all the data you need to report, including the transaction id field. You can filter by start date or another field that has the current day's date in it. You can sort by department or any other criteria.

We're in the exact same position as Kerzi, trying to generate a report in forms that shows all the form data and transaction details for the accounts department. Is it the case that the Braintree Transaction ID still isn't available to report on (other than via email/save to repository)?
