Can't get into session admin mode

My client is having issues with trying to modify a QF session. It doesn't allow us to open the session in admin mode, but when we open it normally(just double click) it won't allow us to edit anything. We are trying to figure out why it is blocking us from making changes, and there is no admin mode to login to.

 

Has anyone else experiences a similar issue? Thanks!

From your menu screenshot, in the view dropdown. If you select Administration, what happens?

Is the file on disk marked as read-only?
