Hi,

I currently have a workflow that assigns a "Scanned on current date" text box on each page of the file.  Works great however when I look at the Annotations window when I have the document open it shows multiple text box listing when there should one be one per page.  I have attached some examples.  You can see by the document created that the text box is listed 3 times each per page.
