Multiple Submissions using almost the same information

Hello Everyone out there in Laserfiche Land!

Here's the scenario,  we have 2 employees who are traveling to the same location for the same meeting.  I am looking for a way that I can submit a travel request using and completing our travel form for Employee #1.  Then I want essentially the same information as Employee #1's submitted form but I just change the name for Employee #2 and submit that as a separate request. Any thoughts if this is possible?

Hi Drew,

This is possible using workflow.
After the initial form is submitted for Employee #1, call a workflow that retrieves the process variables and initiates and populates the data for Employee #2.

The name of Employee #2 would either need to be entered on the initial form somewhere,  entered after the 2nd form started in a User User Task or hard coded into your workflow, unless you have someway to look that information up.    It is possible your initial form could ask for multiple employees and start travel requests for them all with the same information.   ~ Andrew
