Can't print from Web Access

Hi all,

 

One of our customers use Laserfiche Web Access 8.3.1.87.

Actually, he can't print document from the Web Access and I don't know why.

From the Laserfiche Client, no problem ; I used the same user so in my mind this is not about the rules.

We have PDF and LF's Files.

 

Someone have a clue?

Is the print option available?  What happens when you choose it?  Does it work for other users on the same machine?  Does it work for this user on another machine?

Actually, it doesnt work for all users on the same machine and another machine.
