Missing "Ok" button on activity edit/assign token value dialog

asked on December 21, 2017

Hi! I'm treading new ground and working on some of my first Workflows. When I go to modify a token value the Modify dialog screen is missing the "Ok" button. I've tried repairing Workflow Designer and uninstall/reinstall but am still missing it. It's actually missing in any dialog box but this is the specific example I could grab a screenshot for. Any ideas on how to fix? I can rdp into the server and run Workflow Designer there with no issues so its definitely something relating to my pc and/or install.

Is this a Windows 7 PC with the display settings increased to 125% or 150%?

If so, try changing it to 100% and reboot the PC as necessary. Then see if there's still an issue in the application. If the user requires having larger text, can they perhaps switch to a Windows 10 PC?

That's...interesting. If you click on the bottom right corner of the dialog and drag it to the right and down, does it resize to show the buttons?

I can resize to the right or left but not up or down. Resizing to the right as far as I can go it is still missing the Ok button. What's even weirder is if I open the New value token dialog I can see the Ok button there.

That's exactly what it was - thank you!
