Discussions Panel in Web Access

Hi,

 

   We're running Laserfiche web client version 10.2 (10.2.1.362) with Laserfiche Repository Access 10.2.1.488 and Discussions version 10.2.0.119. With Microsoft Edge, I'm able to utilize the Discussions panel in Web Access just fine, but not with Chrome or Firefox. Chrome appears to log in, but then the area where Discussions should be displayed is blank. With Firefox I just get a spinning circle with a message that states "Loading Discussions Page..." Also, Discussions works just fine in all the browsers when accessing Discussions directly. The only issues are when viewing it as a panel in Web Access.

   I've checked with a couple other users in my organization with Chrome. One has the same problem I do, the other doesn't. Have any of you encountered this, and if so, do you know of a resolution?

It could be a problem with the SSL certificate you are using for discussions.  It could be that the certificate is untrusted by some of the browsers, or it could be that the hostname you are using doesn't match.  Browsers don't always show the certificate error dialog in an iframe, but you can try opening it in a new tab.  There also might be some information in the browser console.
