Dears,

My Client has a tool on a machine, now they changed the machine and installed windows 10 x64 (the previous was windows 7 x32).

it is giving me the following error: cannot retrieve laserfiche path registry value.

Is this a custom tool they built? x64 Windows has 2 registry hives, one for 32-bit and one from 64-bit applications. It looks like the custom application is trying to read from the wrong one (possibly because it was compiled as "Any CPU", so it defaults to 64-bit on 64-bit systems).

This is not something Laserfiche can fix, it will have to be addressed in the custom application.
