Web Access Printing Problem w/ IE

asked on December 18, 2017 Show version history

Using IE v. 11.0.16 and trying to print an entry that is just pages - no eDoc or text, everything works fine through the preview window.  But, once it's rendered to the printer, it's losing 1/2 the page, and generating a separate blank page.  This only happens in IE.  Chrome and LF client are fine.  No matter what printer I select (even to .pdf) I get the same result.

Is there some setting in IE or anywhere else that I should be looking at?

Web Access Client is v. 10.2

After applying this change and clearing the browser cache, the behavior is now this:

*  The document does not load in the viewer.

* When the print button is pressed inside the viewer, the error "Warning:  The PDF is not fully loaded for printing" appears.

* If the download button inside the viewer, the document is intact.
