Permission denied for user when log in to WebLink Public Portal

Hello all, 

I have defined a LFDS group (IT Infra 001). I am currently using LF Directory Accounts in LF Administration Console and the LFDS group is set to 'Only allow read-only access'[Please see attached screenshot]. The concerned user is not present in LFDS  as these users do not need a license when log in through WebLink Public Portal, thus they do not need to be set up in LFDS. But when the user tries to connect to WebLink Public Portal, a permission denied issue occurs. Thanks to advise whether the user should be created in LFDS with license sets to "None".

Hello Sheila, 

Can you please elaborate on your issue? are you trying to log in with a user that does not have a license? Are you getting permission denied because the user has a license but somehow WL does not allow them to log in? Have you tried logging in to the repository using the web client or windows client?
