Include action history with attached form on email notifications.

Hey Everyone! 

Does anyone know of a way when you send an email notification in forms, is there a way to include the action history  with the attached form?

Our Finance would like a copy of the form AND the approvals when they begin their processing of certain forms.

You can save the form in the repository with the Action History and then have Workflow email it to them.

The issue I have found with this is that if the form has attachments, there is not an easy way for workflow to send both the form(with action history) and any attachments with the form. 

Through forms email service task, you can include the attachments and the form all in one email, but the action history is not included. Is there any way to get all three (form, attachement(s), and action history) all in one email?

Hey Rex, I had to end up using Blakes suggestion above and save the form and attachments to the repository, then have workflow grab it out that temporary folder, email it off, then delete the entry.  Seems very messy to do it that way and it would be super nice just to keep items like this enclosed in Laserfiche Forms instead...

Do you mind showing me your workflow? I have an issue sending both the form and any attachments through a workflow.

Sure, my workflow is attached.  The starting rule for it is just when an entry is created in a watched folder (the entry itself is a folder containing the form, action history and all attachments).  On your notification step, select the attachment and point the entry to being a folder, and to attach a copy of the folder contents (see below)

Is there a way to do this out of the box in Forms 10.4.5 instead of using Workflow?

I have two end users that need this as well.  Is this possible in forms 11?

Hi, we now support include action history in Email Notification on Forms 11 Update 4.
