Hello,

We are struggling with a random error that seems to be almost entirely inconsistent.

When checking the logs, we see an error occasionally appearing stating "The Object is not identified, and cannot be locked or read from". We are not entirely sure which file it is referring to and there are files being made on Laserfiche with the right names, but are zero bytes. Upon checking the tempFiles, they are also zero bytes.

Any suggestions for a solution?
