View process image not working

When I click on the icon for View process image it opens a new tab but doesn't show the process image. It is simply "about:blank".

Seems to be an issue in Chrome but not in Firefox, anyone else?

Hi Lidija,

It was a bug in Forms from 10.1 to 10.2.1 update 1 and was related with Chrome update.

The issue was fixed in Forms 10.2.1 update 2, see https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013880/list-of-changes-for-laserfiche-forms-10-2-1-update-2

We have the same issue. A quick Google brought up some others with the same issue but no resolution.  Only thing I can suggest us updating to latest version and hoping for the best.
