Assign Task Suspended

Hello,

I have a LF Form that we are pulling email address data from a data source.  I planned on using that field variable to route the form for approval to the email address in that field.  As I was trying to test the form process, I initiated the form and submitted it to the next user task, and the form sits in a suspended task state.    We are using 10.2 forms. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this.

Any ideas/help is appreciated:)

Are you routing to someone that has a named user license or a forms participant license? If it is a named user license you will have to use the full user name as it appears in the LF Admin console. If it is a forms participant license user, then you should be able to use the email address.

Well we are using some of both.  But on my form I'm just capturing the email address even for named users.  I see your point.
