CPP Platinum Course

Hi,

I can see that there is a new CPP course 'System Administration III' that is available as part of a Platinum course track. I was wondering if there was more information on the 'Coming Soon' courses and schedules on when they will be released?

Thank you for reaching out.

We will be releasing the remaining courses in the Winter and Spring of 2018.  We're working to have the full program launched in Spring of 2018. We've listed the course on the CPP page in the order we anticipate their launch. https://www.laserfiche.com/cpps

The platinum program has been designed for advanced Laserfiche users who are looking to become Laserfiche experts. This is a great program for users who are currently gold certified and are looking to expand their knowledge and earn another level of certification.

Is this still the timeline?  We are getting late into the spring and a lot of the courses still say "Coming Soon".   Also I would a appreciate a feature on the CPP page that lists when courses were created or updated.  I have found previously that some of the materials within the courses are a bit dated or out of date.

Thank you for your interest in this program. We are currently working on the last two courses for the Platinum program, we will make an announcement once they are ready to launch.

We launched Records Management with Laserfiche this past Monday. We've listed the course on the updated certification page in the order we anticipate their launch https://www.laserfiche.com/support-learn/certification/

Hello Ben & Blake,

 

Yes, there are courses within the gold program that must be completed prior to starting the Platinum program. Getting Started with Laserfiche and Building Advanced Processes with Laserfiche must be completed before certain platinum program courses can be accessed.

Tom,

Some of mine show up under achievements in my answers profile.  I finished the final two for platinum this week but I have not seen either of those show up yet in my answers profile.  They do show up in the Solution Provider Portal but there is no indication that I have achieved platinum status.  That location shows I'm missing Records Management Edition I.  I do have Records Management for LF 10 so it might be a criteria switch isn't set right.
