disable scan prompts

Hello,

When Inserting A New Page into a document, the box is being checked to 'Always insert here (Don't show this dialog again)' but it still prompts the next time when scanning into a document. I've tested and do not see that it is a checkbox under Tools>Options.  Where can I find this to disable the prompt manually?

Is this the Windows Client or web client? This sounds like a bug that should be reported.

Does it happen when  you choose "Before first page" or "After last page" or only for "Insert at:"?

The user would like the new pages always added to the end of a document so she picks "After last page" and then checks the box to 'always insert here' but it prompts her every time she tries to insert pages into an existing document.  It's like it does not pick up that the box is checked.
