Question

Entry locked: 9045

asked on December 13, 2017

Hi,

We sometimes have users that freeze in a document(Not always the same) and not responding and is forced to close it. . It's impossible to move, copy or do anything with a document locked like this. We run on a CITRIX environnement and even when the CITRIX session is closed by the user, the document is still "Locked" by this user. The only solution we have for the moment is to reboot the Laserfiche Services. A document can be locked for days if we do not reboot the services.

The document does not appear in the Administration Console to be unlocked. Even when it does, we got the same error when trying to unlock it.

I was wondering if anyone would have a clue about this problem. We're using Laserfiche 10.1

Thank you !

This behavior seems like a bug in the LF server. Please open a support case so we can gather trace logs that can be used to track down the problem.
