Quick Fields will not save template changes

We have two people who use the same computer (different logins) and the same Quick Fields session, but one of them cannot save any changes she makes to the template information prior to sending the files to Laserfiche.  Both users are administrators on the computer and both have the same group access rights the network, the computer and Laserfiche.

The changes appear to be okay when first user makes them, but they revert back to the original values as soon as she tries to send the files into Laserfiche.   Without the correct info in the template fields, the files are left in Quick Fields.  Then, if the first user logs off and the second user logs in, she can see the files that were left behind, update the fields and send them to Laserfiche without a problem.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Even though they're both local admins, this does sound like a windows permissions issue.  You could make sure the Administrators group has full control for <C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Quick Fields>

I saw that suggestion on another post and checked the permissions on <C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Quick Fields> before submitting my question.  The Administrators group already had full control of the folder and the subfolders.  I also tried giving the user full control, but it didn't help.
