Size limit restriction on downloads from web access?

Hello,

We have a client that is running into an issue where when downloading large folders from Web Access 10.2.1, it doesn't complete. It doesn't give any error messages that pop-up, it just stays on the "Download in Progress" screen, that it is Creating a zip file of the folder contents, and never completes the download. (See screenshot below.)

Do you know if there are size limits to downloads from Web Access that may cause this failure?

There isn't an intentional limit in our software, but it could be running into some kind of ASP.Net limit.  Is there an error logged to the event viewer?

Thanks for the reply!

I have checked the Event Viewer and could not find any logs relating to Laserfiche. Would I be needing to look for logs from ASP. Net or other programs outside of Laserfiche?

Yes, it could be recorded by the ASP.Net framework.  If you open a support case they can help you track down the right places to look.
