I have encountered this issue a handful of times in the last year, both on LF10.1 and 10.2, and using Office 2010 & 2016.
We open up a word document from within Laserfiche, make changes to the document and then saved it into Laserfiche using the "Save to Laserfiche" button in word, save as a new document and save as normal.
The document saves into laserfiche with the correct name, creation and last modified date, however the document does not contain any of the changes, which are now completely lost.
Has anyone come accross this before? Any solutions?
