Client recently upgraded their Laserfiche System to version 10.2.1 including the Directory Server. The issue that they are encountering affects only specific user: [Windows Accounts].
It seems that this account's full license is removed usually overnight. With the account set to full license, the following morning, the license status is changed to 'none' in the Directory Server. This affects only one account. All other users accounts are functioning as expected.
The only way for the account to keep it's license status is when they disable sync on the account. Shouldn't the sync be enabled on all accounts?
