HTTP Status Code: 500

Hi all,

I'm using the Laserfiche Forms 10.0.0.1121.

I have 1 form for many users (about 10 users). All my user can submit and save form into Laserfiche. But for one of them, sometimes, I can't save the form to Laserfiche (and sometimes, for the same user, everything is ok).

Remember this is the SAME form for ALL.

Completed task (started by Business Center the 8 december 2017)

Suspended task (started by Business Center the 12 november 2017)

I dont have error message from LFForm.

When I'm trying to resume them, nothing change.

Under Windows events, I have 2 errors for 1 resume.

This is about the 1st one :

Look the IP's address is very strange : ::1.

Hi Olivier,

You can install 10.1 update 2 directly.

Forms 10.1 is compatible with LFServer 10.0 so you don't have to upgrade LFServer.

Hi Rui Deng,

I downloaded the update and followed the step :

Stop the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
Extract the ZIP file and run *.exe.
Restart the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
Open the Forms Configuration Site and view the Database tab to automatically apply the schema changes.

But my version is still 10.0.0.1121

It looks like the upgrade doesnt work. What was my error?

It should work when install directly, but if it did not, can you try first uninstall the existing Forms and install the new version?

If you don't want to uninstall, can you open a support case? It's not easy to check the environment issue here on Answers.
