Question

classification disapear when session publish

asked on December 8, 2017

Hi all,

From Quick Fields, when a session was published, one of our classification disapear. We have no error message about this.

I have 2 classification "Factures - PDF" and "Factures - Scan"

After publish,

My classification "Factures - Scan" is gone.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

To clarify - are you saying that after you publish, the document class just disappears from the session on the workstation you were using? Or that the document class is missing when you open the session on a different workstation?

Hi Tessa,

Thanks you to help me.

After I publish, the document class just disapears from the session on the workstation I was using.

Hi,

That definitely doesn't seem like expected behavior. Please open a case with Laserfiche tech support so we can investigate this issue.

Hi Tessa,

I'm going to reinstall QuickField Server first.

If the error persist, I'll create a case for this.

Thanks
