Hidden fields / collections not showing in any browser other than Firefox

posted on December 7, 2017

I have a form that has all Collections hidden until the last 2 fields are populated by a lookup. This works fine for the parent that fills in the form.

However, the reviewer at the school, cannot see the filled in form because the collections are hidden again. However, if you use Firefox, you can see the hidden Collections. The collections should not be hidden because the criteria has been met.

Works with Firefox only

The fix .

Hi Jonathan,

Which version of Forms are you using? I tried a similiar form with field rule on 10.2.1 and all fields show as expected.

And for the (Student) field, it is a collection field, right? How is the lookup rule defined to fill it? As new rows or just one row? If there are multiple rows in the collection, it will trigger the rule if any of the rows are empty.

They are using LF 10.2.1.

Remember that everything works as expected in Firefox. All other browsers (Chrome, IE and Edge) still hide the collections.

The collections are populated by a couple of lookups. I hide the collections until the last two fields are populated.

I tried to raise a Live Chat via the Support site but nobody answered.

I tried on different browsers as well and the behavior was consistent.

Can you try contacting the support once more? We need the process to reproduce the issue.
