Move pages not deleting after pages have been moved

I have a workflow that moves pages to another document however it is not deleting the original pages after they have been moved. I am using "Generate pages" in Laserfiche to kick off the move.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Does the user specified in the workflow's connection profile have rights to delete the original document? Are there any errors or warnings in the instance details?

I am using "Generate pages" to trigger the workflow so it runs as the logged in user which is in the admin group. No errors were triggered. It finds the target file and appends the pages from the source pdf to the target file.
