I want to know if it is possible to make the 'Browse' button as grey -out when importing into Laserfiche using the Outlook plugin.

The customer wants it to be inactive so that they cannot browse to other location folders.

This button cannot be removed or grayed out. If you wish the users to not have the option to select other folders, then you need to restrict access to those folders by setting the relevant access rights on those folders.
I suggest making a centralised "Incoming Files" folder. Set access rights so that users can only see this one folder and don't have any other option but to select that one. Workflow can then monitor this incoming folder and file the document away based on template and metadata values.
