There is currently a Save button on the toolbar when opening a document. This causes problems in approval workflows where a user may click the save button, but not close the document and possibly click save again after it has already moved on to another approver and falsely approve it for that approver as well. We try to train users to click the X and choose to save their changes, but that does not always happen. It would be great if we had a Save and Close button on the toolbar by default.
