The Customers server is demonstrating the following behavior:

• The thick client shows the users on the primary internal domain name (ie “acme.corp\Jdoe”).
• The web client shows the users on the primary internal domain name (ie “acme \Jdoe”).

Although acme is a domain alias for our internal domain, Laserfiche does not see the 2 examples above as the same user.

How do we get the two clients to match? Ultimately we need the web client to match the thick client.
