WebDAV could not open file message when trying to open files from Repository

When trying to open files from the Repository I'm getting one or the other of these messages:

These files are all docx, docm, pdf or xls files. Any idea's on how to fix these? I'm one of the Admin's but am just learning about managing repository management.

Have you tried unchecking those boxes in the "Open with" panel of the Options ?
