Snapshot with Webaccess

Hi,

Is it possible to use Snapshot with Web Access and if so where do you enter the URL of our WebAccess site for this to work?

Office Plugin and Scanning can both be launched from Web Access, and so they need a way to pass their information back through the Web Access server. Snapshot doesn't have a mode for that, it always communicates directly with the Laserfiche server.

Hi Anthony,

As far as I know, you can only use Snapshot with the full windows client (it's also part of the windows client install for this reason).
