Forms task unavailable

After a user task hits "submit" where it saves to repository, Laserfiche forms doesn't update... the form doesn't save and it doesn't throw an error or suspend the task. It still shows that the task is in progress and when I went to open the form in the instance an error message appeared that said "

"Task Unavailable This task has been locked because a submission has already occurred but hasn't been processed" 

I am not able to restart these tasks within Laserfiche forms... has this happened to anyone?

Check the Event Viewer on the Forms Server. Under Applications, Laserfiche, Forms (Admin and Operational). There may be an error or warning of some kind to get you started troubleshooting.

We had the same issue. I noticed "Laserfiche Forms Routing" service was not running. Started that service on the application server, that fixed the issue.

I had the same issue for more than once the following steps i followed fixed the issue.

1. I restarted Laserfiche form routing service it worked if this not working.

2. Reassign the task to different user then reassign back.
