Assign Template to Folder

Hi,

I trying to assign a specific template to a folder during a WF process and can't seem to find how to go about this. My process is:

New Document is added to the system (if a folder does not exist for the customer, then my WF creates a folder and assigns a different template to the folder it creates. If a folder exists then there is no need to assign the template. WF continues with the rest of its processes.

We had same requirement for a client and achieved this via a conditional sequence determining if a folder with the desired template was present. If not, and after the new folder was created via Route to Folder, we then Assigned Template for the desired template to the newly created folder. See diagram below.

So, if I just change my WF Assign Template method to "Other Entry" and select "Routing Folder", will that assign the template to the folder and not the document?
