I was wondering if anyone has seen this before. I have a couple of computers here that have been restarting without a prompt from the user after they try to open the scanning interface. The interface seems to freeze for a second then the computer restarts. This only seems to happen on computers that are using our Epson DS-530. We are using Laserfiche version 10.2 (10.2.0.839).
