I am having an issue scrolling through image pages in 10.2.

I am only able to navigate to the additional pages via thumbnails as it will not allow me to scroll past the first page. Perhaps this is an option setting? I have looked at the options/settings of others, who do not have this issue yet I am unable to find the cause. 

If anyone is able to produce an answer on how to resolve such, I would be quite thankful.
