We are using Forms 10.2.1.157.

I have added an address field called Bank Address. I want to hide this field if it is completely blank. When I go to Field Rules, Bank Address appears in the field dropdown in which you can 'hide' or 'show'. However, neither the field name (Bank Address) nor the variable name appear in the dropdown for available fields as conditions to hide or show another field.

For example: per below, I want to hide section 'Client Resources' if all of the fields are blank. I want to also include Bank Address as a condition to hiding 'Client Resources' but it does not appear in the dropdown as an available field to include. What do I need to do to have it included? Thanks in advance.
