Laserfiche Form Authenticated Users Audit Trail

Hello Team,

 

I have a client who will like to purchase some participant licenses and wanted to know what are the audit trail records that are kept for such users? For instance, can we generate a report about the login info (time of login and log out etc...) for such accounts?

Events that happen in Laserfiche Forms are not recorded in Audit Trail. Since Participant licenses are only used to access Forms, nothing those users do will be recorded in Audit Trail.

Thank you Blake. I think LF should consider putting some audit trail capabilities for forms as well as they are extensively being adopted...

I'm completely on board with this as well, as we use Last Login quite often to see which users may not need a licence, or which users may no longer be with the organization (as some participants within our organization might only have a Participant licence and no Windows login).
