When User log's into Forms, they don't see team tasks and have odd verbiage in the window

Hello,

I am seeing odd behavior with a user who is trying to click on a link to bring them to their tasks in Forms. They are able to log in with no issue but they are not able to see their tasks. Also the window in Forms has odd verbiage as if the page isn't fully loading.

I have provided a screen shot of what the user is seeing.

The user also gets the same behavior when they log into Forms without clicking on a link.

They have tested on other users machines and have tried different web browsers.

Does anyone know what could be going on?

If I remember correctly, that happens when the page has not successfully loaded all the way. Does it happen just for one user or do all users experience the same problem?

This is happening to just one user right now

Does it happen for any browser? Does he have browser extensions that disable JavaScript?

It does happen on any browser. Also, this issue occurs on other users machines as well. The users of those machines don't have the problem themselves when they log into Forms.
