Can someone help me with the access denied error 9013 that i am experiencing from the import agent when it try to run the profile i scheduled.

Recently, our security team have disabled the port 80 to incoming traffic to laserfiche server as a result the import agent profile fails to run i guess.

In my scenario, i am able to connect the import agent to lasefiche server (repository) with SSL enabled and can the repository folders where i wanted to import the files from the network drive. so when the scheduled kicks off it is not importing the files to repository folder where i configured and I checked the folder have necessary access rights.

The import agent run under service account and i  am able to login using the service account to the repository however when the profile through schedule it gives access denied error 9013 in the event viewer.

I checked with the security team and thay said the import agent try to connect repository using http protocol and i don't why import agent server makes http request to repository server. surely, it is configured to use ssl.

Any idea why the import agent makes http request when it runs over the schedule mode ?
